Terms of Endearment

For your amusement only (try as I may I periodically stumble across such ranting in Delhi (pronounced Deah-lee) girl’s conversations

“Hi Sugar, its me Honey…… Yeah I know…… I spoke to Sweetie yesterday, she said that Angel & her cats are going to Goa for the New Year Bash…… Yeah its gonna be Just a Fab Party with everyone there…… Who? everyone…… Candy is going… so is BabyDoll…… u know the whole Foxy gang…… it’s gonna be a marathon session of bitching, gossiping, partying & all that Jazz…… oh! will have to call u back got Diva calling on the other line…… will give u the details later…… bye Sugar”

In the end I am just wondering who r they talking about?

“Sugar”

“Sweets”

“Sweetie”

“Candy”

“Honey”

“Babydoll”

“Doll”

“Babe”

“Girl”

“Sexy”

“Foxy”

“Cat”

“Beautiful”

“Gorgeous”

“Butterfly”

“Diva”

“Darling”

“Hottie”

“Deary”

“Cutie”

“Angel”

Can u add more to the list?

I wonder what kind of group do you hang around with or how and where you encounter such people. Coz, thankfully!!, I've never heard such conversations :)

interesting one....but as far as my friend circle is concerned no one talks like that...this seems more like a social butterfly talking...

you got the essence right...sometimes one just gets to reflect on things which are buried as past and move on...its like a chapter of a book

You missed "Baby"!! That's like, THE commonest noun in use.
And what about Dahling?

I see you've covered that one.
